If you are interested in building a SharePoint 2013 Lab Environment in the Windows Azure Cloud using your MSDN Windows Azure Benefit, you will definitely want to refer to this article:

However, one of the major drawbacks of this article is that there are NO SCREENSHOTS! Therefore, this makes it very difficult to follow the text and know what to expect on each of the screens for configuring the VMs.
Well, for your viewing pleasure, I have provided screenshots of the most salient features of setting up the SharePoint 2013 Lab Environment:
Strangely enough, as per the directions, even though you "Register a DNS Server" as part of the Virtual Network, you still have to set up a DNS Server when following this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj574166.aspx
In addition, you will have to manually go into the IP Configuration of the additional virtual machines and put the "10.0.0.4" address as the secondary DNS Server address ("10.0.0.1" is the Primary DNS Server address from the Virtual Network).
If you don't do this, then the other virtual machines in the lab WILL NOT be able to join the domain.
