One of my colleagues just recently introduced me to a tool which I never knew existing within Window called the Steps Recorder!
You can find this tool by either typing "psr" or "Steps Recorder" in the Start Menu search bar:
Once you launch this application, you can begin recording the steps that you follow to complete an action and it will capture as well as annotate the operations that you perform!
Finally, you can save the output as a Zip file which contains all of your recorded steps! The resultant file stored in the .zip file is a .mht file (Microsoft HTML file) which can be opened on any Windows machine.
